What you will need:
Creating this simple yet flavorful summer-vibes latte is effortless. Start with a double shot of espresso or your favorite instant espresso/coffee alternative, add your choice of plant-based milk, and finish it with homemade blackberry cinnamon simple syrup. All the ingredients for both the syrup and the latte are easily found at your local grocery stores.
Ingredients:
- espresso or instant espresso or coffee
- plant based milk (I used unsweetened oat milk)
- blackberry cinnamon simple syrup –Blackberry Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- plant based creamer of choice (optional)

How to:
-Grab your 16 oz glass of choice (I am using a 16 oz mason jar).
-Fill the container with ice.
-Add the blackberry cinnamon simple syrup. I used 2 tablespoons but feel free to adjust to make your latte more or less sweet.
-Add the plant-based milk of your choice. I alternate between Planet Oat Unsweetened Oat Milk or Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oat Milk.
-Add your double shot of espresso or a prepared instant version.
-Optional – Add a plant-based creamer of choice. I usually add a little creamer when I am using unsweetened oat milk.
-Give the latte a good stir and start sipping.
