Golden Oreo Funfetti Ice Cream (Vegan)

This ice cream features a creamy vanilla base filled with pieces of Golden Oreo cookies and colorful rainbow sprinkles. It’s a fun, dairy-free, no-churn treat that’s simply too delicious to resist!
What happens when you combine creamy vanilla ice cream, Golden Oreo cookie pieces, and vibrant rainbow sprinkles? You end up with a rich and colorful frozen dessert that is as fun to eat as it is to make. This delightfully irresistible no-churn ice cream is perfect for any occasion.
What you will need:
Golden Oreos and sprinkles are a must for this fun and yummy ice cream. I used Sweet Eva’s 100% natural rainbow sprinkles that I found on Amazon. They are vegan, dairy-free, soy free and gluten free. I used homemade oat milk sweetened condensed milk; store bought will work just as well.

- vanilla extract

- regular Golden Oreos

How to:
Let’s start by prepping the Oreos. Count out 10 Oreos and separate the filling from the cookies. Set the filling aside; it will be added to the ice cream later. Crush the cookies and set them aside; they will be added to the ice cream later.
To a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, ensuring it is cold and straight from the refrigerator. Using a hand mixer, whip the cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Next, add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and the reserved Oreo filling to the whipped cream. Blend all the ingredients on high for about 1 minute until well incorporated. Then, gently fold in the sprinkles and crushed Oreos into the ice cream mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Pour the ice cream into a freezer-safe container. I used a 6x6x2 glass container with a lid. I crushed up two whole Oreo cookies and sprinkled the pieces across the top of the ice cream, along with a tablespoon of sprinkles.
Cover and place the ice cream in the freezer. It will need 6 to 8 hours to set to a scoop-able consistency; I leave mine in the freezer overnight. The ice cream is ready to be served straight from the freezer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plant based heavy cream – cold
- 1 cup plant based sweetened condensed milk – I used homemade – please see recipe on the website
- ½ tbsp vanilla extract
- 10 regular Golden Oreos – separate the cookies and the filling
- ½ cup plant based sprinkles – I used Sweet Eva's 100% Natural Rainbow Sprinkles
- extra sprinkles and Oreos for the top of the ice cream
Instructions
- Remove the filling from your 10 Oreos. Set aside the filling for later. Crush up the cookies and set them aside for later.
- To a medium bowl, add the cold heavy cream. With a hand mixer, blend the cream on high until soft peaks are achieved. Add the sweetened condensed milk, the reserved cookie filling, and vanilla extract. Continue blending on high for another minute or until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the crushed cookies and sprinkles and fold them in just until well incorporated.
- Pour the ice cream into a freezer safe container – I used a 6x6x2 glass container with a lid. I crushed up 2 whole Oreo cookies and sprinkled the pieces across the top of the ice cream along with a tablespoon of sprinkles.
- Cover and place the ice cream in the freezer. It will need at least 6 to 8 hours to achieve a nice scoop able consistency. I leave mine in the freezer overnight. The ice cream is ready to serve right out of the freezer.
