Salted Caramel Ice Cream (Vegan)
A creamy indulgency that is sweet and salty. This ice cream is a non-dairy and no churn frozen treat that comes together in minutes with only 3 ingredients.

- 1¼ cup plant based heavy cream
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk - store bought or homemade ( see recipe on the website if interested)
- ½ cup salted caramel - store bought or homemade ( see recipe on the website if interested) (room temperature)
In a medium bowl add the heavy cream and whip on high with a hand mixer until soft peaks are reached.
In a medium bowl add the salted caramel and sweetened condensed milk and whip with a hand mixer on high for 1 minute.
Add the caramel mixture to the whipped cream and fold them together until they are fully combined. Pour the ice cream into a freezer container ( I used a glass 6x6x2 container with a lid). Place the ice cream in the freezer. Takes at least 6 hours to set; I usually leave it in the freezer overnight. The ice cream is good in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
