Ingredients

  • 500 grams chocolate - I used Lindt Excellence 70%
  • 120 grams white chocolate - I used Enjoy life dairy free white chocolate baking mini chips
  • Yum Earth Halloween Gummies - 10 to 15 of them
  • Yum Earth Giggles - 35 to 40 of them
  • Utz Halloween Pretzels - 24 pretzels
  • Chocolate Teddy Grahams - 10 to 15 bears ( I separated the head from the body)
  • optional - chocolate bats, spiders, skulls, headstones and pumpkins ( I used Lindt Oatmilk milk chocolate, Lindt Excellence 70 % and Enjoy Life white chocolate mini chips to make these pieces. I used a mold I found on Amazon.)

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, preferably one with a rim.
  • Melt the 500 grams of dark chocolate in a double boiler. Once melted, pour it into the prepared pan; making sure it is spread out evenly.
After cleaning it, reuse the double boiler to melt the white chocolate. Once melted, drizzle it over the dark chocolate and then decoratively swirl it through.
  • Now the fun part, adding the candy, pretzels and teddy grahams. I laid my pretzels out in somewhat of a pattern. I used some of the Yum Earth Giggles as eyes for some of the pumpkin pretzels. I scattered the rest of the giggles and the Yum Earth Halloween Gummies across the bark.
For the teddy grahams, I separated the heads from the bodies and placed them randomly across the bark
  • Once done placing all of your candy and pretzel pieces across the melted chocolate; place the bark in the refrigerator to set. Once it has set, remove the bark from the refrigerator and cut/break it up into random shapes and sizes for serving.
Optional : You can prepare some chocolate Halloween molds for decoration when serving or to add more to the bark.
Store the bark in the refrigerator.
